Variety	Description
Monte Carlo
Ancho Allende	Medium to tall, vigorous bush. Concentrated set of very uniform fruit that matures from green to red. Fruit is dark green in color and has an excellent shape due to having shallow shoulders and only two locules. Very good fruit size, achieving dimensions of 3 x 6 inches. Good level of pungency for this type of pepper. Able to set fruit under hot growing conditions.
Autlán	A very hot, early maturing Jalapeño pepper with concentrated set. Medium-tall plants with broad, dark green leaves that provide good cover. Short internodes to ensure excellent fruit set. Produces and maintains large fruit through several harvests (3 -?3.75 x 1 - 1.25 inches; 7.6 - 9.5 x 2.5 - 3.2 cm). Dark green fruit with thick walls and a large center with 3-4 locules. No anthocyanin and low incidence of checking at maturity. Resistance to Tobamo virus (pathotype 0). Relative maturity 75-85 days from transplant.
Palenque	A Serrano type pepper that is early maturing. Produces a high yield of large sized fruit that is glossy, dark green and matures to red. Cylindrical fruit tapers towards the blossom end. Plants are medium-tall, non-pubescent. Fruit setting is continuous. Early maturity, concentrated set and large fruit size result in high yields.
Montecito	Montecito is an ideal product for novelty markets; it is a remarkably uniform variety that produces attractive, miniature sized romaine-like lettuce (approximately 10 inches tall); its leaves are medium green and have a soft, moderately savoyed texture; trimmed plants are surprisingly heavy for their size and have a dense heart; suitable for production in areas with mild climates (not suitable for production in extremely hot climates); tolerant to bolting, tipburn and Downy Mildew (pathotypes I-VI).
