A triple red Lollo Rossa that produces dark, wine-red leaves with very frilly leaf margins like Battalion but with more mildew resistance; the leaves are short, broad and slightly savoyed; an excellent component in baby leaf salads as it enhances color and texture; resistance to DMR I-VIII / BL 1-26. Produces medium green, tender leaves that have a distinctive, spicy flavor; leaves are lobed at the top and have smaller, irregular lobes along the stem.

A baby leaf ingredient that adds texture and a spicy flavor to salads; produced thick, dark green leaves with a narrow, deeply lobed shape; it is highly mildew tolerant and has a slower growth rate compared to the standard baby greens.

The young foliage of common red beets; it produces dark green leaves with bright red colored veins and petioles; leaves are oval with smooth margins and pliable texture.

An ideal ingredient for baby leaf salads where diversity of color is required; it produces dark burgundy colored leaves with color extending the length of the slender stem; the leaves have a narrow-oval shape and have a fairly smooth, thick texture; matures 28-35 days from sowing when grown for baby leaves.

A vigorous mustard that produces deeply incised leaves with long, thin stalks; leaf color is medium to dark green and the flavor is milder than most mustards; slow bolting and cold tolerant.
